Refund Policy

General Refund Rules

All subscription purchases are final unless they meet the conditions below.

No refunds for:

Renewals, partial usage, or purchases made after the trial period.

Third-party fees (e.g., payment processing).
 

When Refunds Are Granted

Cancelled During Trial Period:

You request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase.

Trial days are extended: If you buy a plan during the trial, unused trial days are added to your subscription.
Example: If you purchase a plan on Day 7 of your trial, your subscription starts on Day 15.

Technical Failures:

The App is unusable due to a verified bug we can’t fix within 72 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds if:

You used the App heavily during the trial (e.g., uploaded data/processed sales).

Your device doesn’t meet requirements (check before purchasing).

You simply changed your mind post-trial.

How to Request a Refund

Include:

Proof of purchase (Google Play/Apple receipt).

Reason (e.g., "Cancelled within trial period").

Approved refunds process in 5–10 business days.

Policy Updates

Changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts.
