Acceptance of Terms
By using Rapid POS ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you disagree, do not use the App.
License & Restrictions
Grant of License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for business purposes.
Prohibited Actions: You may not:
Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
Use the App for illegal activities (e.g., fraud, tax evasion).
Bypass security features or scrape data.
User Responsibilities
Account Security: You’re responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all business/transaction data entered is accurate.
Compliance: Adhere to local laws (e.g., tax reporting, consumer privacy).
Permissions & Data Use
The App requests permissions (e.g., Camera, Bluetooth) only for:
Scanning barcodes (Camera).
Connecting to peripherals (Bluetooth).
Syncing data (Internet).
We do not:
Store/sell data from sensors (e.g., camera feeds, Bluetooth device info).
Access files unrelated to the App’s functionality.
Payments & Fees
Third-Party Processors: Payments are handled by services like Razorpay/Stripe. Their terms govern transactions.
Subscriptions: If applicable, fees are auto-renewed unless canceled.
Termination
We may suspend/terminate access if you:
Violate these ToS.
Use the App for harm or illegal purposes.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Warranty:
The App is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability: We’re not liable for:
Financial losses due to App downtime.
Data loss (backups are your responsibility).
Misuse of permissions by third-party integrations.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Indian law (or specify your jurisdiction).
Arbitration: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in [Rajkot], India.
Updates to TOS
We’ll notify users of changes via email or in-app alerts. Continued use = acceptance.
